Laboratories

IDRC microbiology laboratory occurs in Comprehensive Research lab. Different faculty members from different faculties and departments cooperate with this lab.

Our lab works on Bacteriology, Mycology and virology projects. Its general scientific objectives include:

Epidemiology of Antimicrobial resistance and molecular mechanism of resistance in bacteria and fungi

Detection of Respiratory pathogens

Detection of Gastrointestinal pathogens

Identification of anaerobic bacteria and determine the antibacterial resistance mechanism of them
